Louis Kreusel has been a full-time colorist since 2015. Before moving into color he worked for seven years in the Hollywood post and visual effects industry on films like "Fast and Furious" and "Life of Pi". In 2017, after grading the IMAX film "Voyage of Time" for Terrence Malick, Louis and his family relocated from LA back to his native Texas. Since setting up shop as a freelance colorist in Austin, he has graded numerous TV series, feature films, and commercials.
Louis has a home grading suite located in Austin's Mueller neighborhood, right across from Austin Studios and Troublemaker Studios. The suite is equipped with powerful workstations, calibrated monitors, high-speed network storage, and 1Gbps fiber internet perfect for in-person or remote work. With a powerful mobile color workstation, Louis can quickly set up anywhere in the world.
